We offer high quality remote support to enhance every aspect of our products.

Alpha

• Support requests to be dealt with within two office days from receipt of request.
• Support requests may be made via e-mail.
• Support requests may be made by your organisation's designated representative.

Beta

• Support requests to be dealt with within four office hours from receipt of request.
• Support requests may be made via e-mail or phone.
• Support requests may be made by any number of designated representative.

• Prices subject to UK Vat.
• Office hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 ( UK Time ).
• The MKDoc team shall use all reasonable endeavors to deal with the support requests within the quoted timescales.
