Alpha
- Support requests to be dealt with within two office days from receipt of request.
- Support requests may be made via e-mail.
- Support requests may be made by your organisation's designated representative.
Beta
- Support requests to be dealt with within four office hours from receipt of request.
- Support requests may be made via e-mail or phone.
- Support requests may be made by any number of designated representative.

Small Print
- Prices subject to UK Vat.
- Office hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 ( UK Time ).
